Nicky joined KJ Ross & Associates in May 2005, after completing his Bachelor of Information Technology with First Class Honours at Griffith University, Queensland. Nicky’s research was focused on the development of an enhanced segmentation algorithm for a handwriting recognition system. His work in this area has been published and presented at several international conferences.

Nicky’s area of specialisation is Test Automation, and he is currently involved in developing an automation test suite for an electronic trading system. This system exercises the Financial Information Exchange protocol.

Nicky has extensive experience automating tests using customized and off the shelf testing frameworks, and has been involved with the development of a number of in-house software packages. Nicky is fluent in English and Cantonese.
