As an organisation committed to the ongoing development of its consultants, K. J. Ross & Associates staff from across the country gathered in Brisbane in January for our annual Summer School. Three days at Summer School gives our team an opportunity to get together in the one location to develop skills, progress work on innovative projects and to meet interstate colleagues.

Days 2 & 3 of Summer School are reserved for educational sessions run by our senior consultants to share knowledge on their particular area of expertise ensuring the ongoing professional development of our consultants. Sessions included the following topics:

Team Building
Our staff (otherwise known as our "creative geniuses") this year formed groups to develop an advertising campaign for the services that K. J. Ross & Associates offer. After discussing the Vision, Mission, Values and Unique Value Proposition of our company, teams were asked to design a poster and a 30 second video. The imaginative results were shown at our Advertising Awards Night with prizes and trophies awarded for our creative efforts!
