Best Practice Seminars

K. J. Ross & Associates 'Best Practice' seminars are an effective mechanism for your staff to acquire new information for 2009, whilst also helping to keep your staff members existing skills up-to-date.

We provide a range of Software Testing 'Best Practice' seminars aimed at delivering succinct briefings on specific areas of the software testing lifecycle. The aim of the seminars is to present current best practice as well as emerging trends in the industry, both locally and internationally.

K. J. Ross & Associates 'Best Practice' seminars can be tailored to specifically focus on issues that are pertinent to your process improvement and strategic capability development areas. The sessions can also be flexibly scheduled, allowing ideas to be transferred without the significant commitment of your staff attending day long (or more) training courses.

K. J. Ross & Associates will provide the necessary specialist "key-note" presenter in the subject areas selected by you, and deliver the sessions at your offices in the style of our Road show presentations over a period of 90 – 120 minutes. Additionally, we will follow up with a consultation period of 2 hours, during which your team leaders can gain one-on-one time with the presenter and review how the discussed topics apply in their project settings. Furthermore, we offer a follow-up service to provide or point you to relevant resources. The presentation will include research on the latest developments and trends in the areas presented to you.

Each K. J. Ross & Associates presenter will have specialist skills in the selected area of interest, and have real, hands-on experience with similar clients to you.

You may find these sessions suit a lunchtime format, commencing at 1200/1230 with a completion at around 2pm. A short time could then be taken for questions, with follow on consultation sessions up until 5pm. Bound colour printed seminar slides are included (for up to 30 attendees).
