Overview
Rapidly effective testers that have emerged from the technical and business domain find themselves thrust along a career path to become test managers, but their training and competency development has inevitably been light on management training.Many of the skills required both to manage the testing project, as well as interfacing into the larger application development or acquisition project, have been assumed as skills that are simply picked up along the way.
